Cornell SZ

A future champion...

Cornell S Z is a jumping foal with charisma. A sharp foal with a winning mentality.

Out of the mare line of Africa (s. Guidam) 1.60m. - Michael Greeve (NED), the 1.60m. show jumper Zuidhoeve (s. Tangelo v.d. Zuuthoeve) and the approved stallion and 1.50m. showjumper APPLAUS (s. Unistar ).

Mother is the Keur mare Hyjade S Z (s. Hornet Rose). She was entered in the sport at 1.10 m level and was soon used for breeding. In her mare test she scored an 8 twice for scope and attitude. Hyjade S Z   is the dam of the international 1.45m show jumper Fade-S (s. Andiamo).

Granddam Jade (s. Esteban) produced the 1.35 m. Elite, Sport mare Ushi S (s. Heartbreaker) who was successful in the 1.35 m. She also produced the 1.25 m. International show jumper Zephyr S (s. Mermus R).

In the mare line we find a large selection of international showjumpers, including Africa (s. Guidam) 1.60m international. - Michael Greeve (NED), the 1.60m. jumping horse Zuidhoeve (s. Tangelo v.d. Zuuthoeve)  and the approved stallion and 1.50m. showjumper Applaus (s. Unistar ).

The oldest Comilfo Plus Z sons and daughters are  about to make their international breakthroughs. All of them have sporty builds, good take-off and they are modern athletes with capacity and quick-as-lightning reflexes. They are light-footed and the exact type of sport horse that riders need these days for mastering the heaviest courses with ease and speed. So it’s no surprise that the Comilfo Plus Z offspring are very much sought-after and find new homes across the globe. One of those transatlantic transfers was Copycat Z, the young superstar who was born at Studfarm Zangersheide and was recently sold to American lady rider Jennifer Gates. Comilfo Plus Z also proves to be an important ‘stallion sire’ and he already has a few sons approved for stud services. His son Commil Champ Z became Reserve Champion in Vechta end 2020 and was sold at the stallion auction for a stunning 140,000 Euros!
