Uthasina is a beautifully shaped and correctly built filly by the German premium stallion Succession (by Secret). She hails from the renowned Sina line, known for producing numerous sport horses and approved stallions. Uthasina has already been weaned, and the mare in the video is her aunt.
The combination of the Sina line and the stallion Secret has already proven highly successful, as her dam, Novasina SW, is the half-sister of the very successful young stallion Nashville SW (by Secret), ridden by Femke de Laat. Nashville SW gave everyone goosebumps with his victory in the 2022 PAVO Cup for 4-year-olds. Another impressive detail is that his full brother No Secret SW and half-brother Napoleon SW (by Daily Diamond) also qualified for the PAVO Cup semi-finals in 2022. In 2023, Nashville SW achieved an outstanding second place in the Subli Cup final with a score of 92%, and in 2024, he once again convincingly secured victory in the PAVO Cup.
The granddam is the Grand Prix classified Elite, Preferent, IBOP-dr, Sport-dr, and PROK-approved mare Esina (by Jazz). In her IBOP test, she achieved a stunning total score of 80.5 points, receiving an 8.5 for posture and balance and a 9.5 for her trot. In addition to the stallions Nashville SW, Napoleon SW, and No Secret SW, she also produced the Elite, IBOP-dr, D-OC mare OO Sina SW (by Bordeaux) and the Ster mare Osina SW (by Glamourdale).
In the direct mare line, we also find the internationally PSG/Inter I classified horse Florence (by Apache) - Evgeny Sharangovich (RUS).
Father Succession is a 2020-born son of Secret, out of the Hanoverian Hauptstutbuch mare Dancina (Dancier x Espri). In January 2023, he was approved with a premium at the DSP. At the approval, this striking, jet-black stallion was the crowd favorite.
The DSP jury praised Succession: "A dressage horse of the highest quality. He is light-footed, always in balance, and you can easily imagine riding him with perfect contact at all times. He is a horse we are absolutely thrilled with."
Succession, bred by Wolfgang Reich from Heidenheim, is a son of the globally popular stallion Secret. Secret is the son of the three-time young dressage horse world champion Sezuan, who won silver at the World Championships for five-year-olds in 2019. Secret was also successful at the Bundeschampionate in 2017 and 2020, securing second place in the three-year-olds final and first place among six-year-olds with overall scores well above 9. Secret has made a name for himself in breeding, with 42 approved and recognized sons and 57 state premium and premium mares.
The Hanoverian Hauptstutbuch mare Dancina is Succession's dam. She is by the renowned dressage horse sire Dancier, out of the state premium mare Ela (Espri x Obris xx). Ela is the full sister of the Grand Prix horse Eastman and the half-sister of the approved Hanoverian stallion Arrian (by Al Capone). The damline also produced the approved stallions Varus (by Vollkorn xx) and Van Gogh Du Val (by Fürst Romancier), as well as several high-performing showjumpers.
