Mother is the Elite, EPTM-jump, D-OC mare Donatella (s. Quasimodo Z). She scored 79 points in her IBOP test and received an 8 for her talent as a jumping horse and twice an 8.5 for her reflexes and technique. In addition to Karamella VDJ, her son Nickelback VDJ (s. Comthago) became reserve champion of South Holland for jumping foals in 2018 and her son Ippon VDJ (s. Dakar VDL) was champion of South Holland for jumping foals in 2013.
Grandmother is the Elite, Sport-jump mare Perettie-B (s. Concorde). She became 1.30m herself. level in the sport. She also delivered the 1.30m. show jumper Gotcha (s. Bernini) and the 1.45m. show jumper Urijn P (by Lux Z).
